Currently each time you renew your Washington tags or transfer a title you pay service and filing fees. Service and filing fees go to the County DOL office AND to the agent office that processed your renewal or transfer. These fees are in addition to the regular fees of tax, plates, tabs, licensing and RTA fees. Combined County and agent fees will be $41.50 for a title transfer with registration in 2026.
